Please join us for this “Practice Intensive with Instructions for Cultivating Motivation Throughout the Dharma Path.” In Lama Zopa’s teaching we will dive into the Four Thoughts which Turn the Mind to Dharma, one of the core contemplations of Tibetan Buddhism. Through instruction, guided meditations, questions & discussions, we will come to connect with the dharma in ways that resonate with our hearts. All are welcome.
