Dr. Fred Cooper is returning to continue to share the teachings on Vipassana.
Following the class he gave in September, in this class Fred will continue to guide us in observing the mind when it is still and when it is moving. In the afternoon, we will practice together following specific guidelines.
To benefit from this teaching and meditation practice, students should have developed a good Calm Abiding and Insight (Shamatha) practice.
This day of teaching will be held at the Herman Rednick Center, 40 Lorien Road, Questa NM.
