Dr. Fred Cooper is returning to the Herman Rednick Center, 40 Lorien Road in the El Rito neighborhood of Questa, on Sunday April 5, 2020.
He will give us a teaching on Tilopa’s Pith Instructions on Mahamudra, called Mahamudra Upadesha or Mahamudra Gangama. Although there is a book with commentary by Sagyes Nyenpa Rinpoche, Fred will mostly rely on Tai Situpa’s unpublished teachings which he and Cathy received in Bodh Gaya.
