– All that is composite is impermanent
– Everything defiled is suffering
– All phenomena are empty and non-self
– Nirvana is peace


Join us for Prajna Fire’s fourth of a four-part series bringing fresh encounters with the Buddha into our lived experience. Attendance at prior sessions is not required.

PART FOUR: Nirvana is Peace

This daylong practice intensive will focus on meeting the Buddha through his teachings on nirvana as peace, through guided and individual practice centered on Listening, Contemplating, and Meditating as described in Lama Yeshe’s recent article in Buddhadharma: The Practitioners’ Guide as well as Prajna Fire’s online journal, Prajna Rising and their popular podcast, Prajna Sparks.

1:30  – 3:00 pm
3:30 – 5:00 pm

Contemplative Presence: Kindly sign in 10 minutes before each session to settle in.

Sessions are dynamic, with interactive discussion and guided meditation.

Silence practice is recommended throughout the day between sessions, to foster and nourish contemplation.

Attendance at all sessions is highly recommended.
