Dr. Fred Cooper Teaches on Working with the 6 Paramitas (Perfections) using Calm Abiding and Insightful Meditation at the Herman Rednick Center, 40 Lorien Road, Questa NM.
We will learn using a 5-step process as elucidated in the text “Ocean of Definitive Meaning” by the 9th Karmapa. These “Perfections” include Generosity, Morality, Patience, Diligence, Meditation, and Wisdom.
Fred Cooper, PhD, is a close disciple of H.E. Kenting Tai Situpa. He has taught for over 20 years at Kagyu Centers in the U.S., is on the external faculty of the Santa Fe Institute, and is the President of KSK Buddhist Center.
