UPDATE! DUE TO WEATHER, ZOOM ONLY! On January 20, 2023, Dr. Fred Cooper will be giving a full day’s teaching on the Karma Pakshi sadhana. The practice of the Guru Yoga of Karma Pakshi is one of the four main Guru Yoga practices of the Karma Kagyu tradition — Marpa, Mila, Gampopa, and Karma Pakshi. Fred will be teaching and transmitting the Concise English Practice by Trungpa Rinpoche that he received from his Guru Vajradhara Tai Situ Rinpoche. This includes very profound Mahamudra instructions. The practice is connected to the Main Practice of Karma Pakshi of Red Chenrezig and was received in a vision by Rigzin Mingyur Dorje Rinpoche. Please join us if you can for these teachings. They will be in person and via Zoom.
On the morning of the 21st Fred will lead the class in a practice session of the sadhana.
